I have spent the last 15 years building a career around one thing: creating high-quality, high-performing content for brands that need their story told well. Now my wife and I are taking on the biggest creative project of our lives. We are doing a full renovation of our home in East Brainerd — removing a structure, building an extension, and rebuilding an open-concept kitchen, pantry, dining room, and living room from the ground up. I am documenting every step the way I know how. Professionally.

The Build

A Full Renovation,
Documented from Day One.

We closed May 26, 2025. This is not a cosmetic refresh — we are removing a structure, pouring a new foundation, and rebuilding an entirely open-concept living space from scratch. Every phase on camera.

Phase 01
Before June

Demolition

An existing back room is fully demolished and removed before any new construction begins. This clears the footprint and opens up the space for everything that follows.

Phase 02
June — July

Foundation, Structure & Framing

Foundation poured for the new extension. Framing begins on the open-concept space. New walls, new bones, entirely new footprint — the most dramatic visual transformation of the entire project.

Phase 03
July

Rough-Ins

Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC roughed in before walls close. The invisible infrastructure of the finished home — all documented before it disappears behind drywall.

Phase 04
August — September

Finishes — All Spaces Simultaneously

Because the kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully open-concept, finish work happens across all spaces at once — drywall, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, and paint. This is when partner products become visible on camera.

You send the product. I feature it and create content around it.

For brands with physical products — appliances, fixtures, flooring, furniture, decor, cookware. Your product lives on camera throughout the renovation and in the content that follows. No cash changes hands.

Trade or Discount

Your product or service at cost. My content in return.

You provide your product or service at cost, or a meaningful discount. I produce a professional video showcasing your work to an engaged audience. A straightforward exchange of real value on both sides — protected by a simple written agreement.
