I have spent the last 15 years building a career creating high-quality, high-performing content for brands that need their story told well. I started All That Creative to bring that same level of production to more brands without the agency overhead — and the work has taken me from Chattanooga to clients across the country.

Now my wife and I are taking on the biggest creative project of our lives: a full renovation of our home in East Brainerd. We are gutting it, extending it, and rebuilding an open-concept kitchen, pantry, dining room, and living room from the ground up — and I am documenting every step the way I know how. Professionally.

I am looking for the right brands and local businesses to be featured in this build. What I offer is not a standard influencer post. It is real content, built around your product, by someone who does this for a living.

The Build

A Full Renovation,
Documented from Day One.

We closed on our home May 26, 2025. This is not a cosmetic refresh — we are removing a structure, building an extension, and creating a fully open-concept living space from scratch. Every phase will be captured on camera.

Phase 01
Before June

Demo

An existing back room is being fully demolished and removed before any new construction can begin. This opens up the footprint for everything that follows.

Phase 02
June — July

Foundation, Structure & Framing

With the old structure removed, we pour the foundation for the new extension and begin framing out the open-concept space. New walls, new bones, new footprint — the most dramatic visual transformation of the entire project.

Phase 03
July

Rough-Ins

Once the structure is up, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are all roughed in before walls close. This is where the infrastructure of the finished home gets built invisibly into the structure.

Phase 04
August — September

Finishes — All Spaces Simultaneously

Because the kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully open-concept, the finish work happens across all spaces at the same time — drywall, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, paint, and everything that makes a house a home.

The Full Before & After

The completed home gets the full production treatment — cinematic reveal content, partner features, and the kind of before and after story that performs across every platform.
